About this website
pistudiopilates.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It loads no content from third parties: there are no embedded maps, no social media plug-ins and no externally hosted fonts.
Personal data processed and how it is collected
Contact form: when you send a message, we process the details you enter: your name, email address and message, your phone number and the class you are interested in if you provide them, and the language of the form. The form sends your message by email to info@pistudiopilates.com; the website does not store it in a database.
Email, phone and WhatsApp: when you contact us directly, we process your contact details (name, phone number, email address) and the content of your messages. WhatsApp messages are transmitted via WhatsApp (Meta), whose own privacy terms apply. Please do not send health information or other special categories of personal data via the form, email or WhatsApp; you can discuss these with your instructor at the studio.
Server log files: when you visit the website, the web server of our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser type.
This data is collected electronically: through the contact form when you submit it, when you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, and automatically by the web server when you visit the site.
Purposes and legal grounds
We process the data you send us via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp to answer your enquiry and, if you wish, to arrange a booking. The legal grounds are Article 5(2)(c) KVKK, where processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract, and Article 5(2)(f) KVKK, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Server log data is processed on the basis of Article 5(2)(f) KVKK, our legitimate interest in delivering the website and protecting it against misuse.
Recipients and transfer abroad
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. Contact form messages and server log files are therefore processed on servers in Germany, which constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad within the meaning of Article 9 KVKK. Because the Personal Data Protection Board has not issued an adequacy decision for Germany, your form data may not enjoy the protection provided by Turkish law while it is abroad; there it is processed under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The transfer of form data is based on the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form (Article 9(6)(a) KVKK).
Apart from our hosting provider and, if you choose to message us there, WhatsApp (Meta), we do not share your data with third parties unless we are legally required to do so, for example at the request of authorised public authorities.
Links to other services
Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps open those services, which process data under their own privacy policies. Nothing is loaded from them until you click a link.
Retention
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer your enquiry and handle any resulting booking, and are then deleted, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. Server log files are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
Your rights under Article 11 KVKK
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed
- request information about the processing if it is
- learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred

- request the erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK
- request that third parties to whom your data was transferred are notified of such correction, erasure or destruction
- object to a result against you that arises from the analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems
- claim compensation for damage arising from the unlawful processing of your data
